AMIRA & THE KU OF ZEN GARDEN

Mia in the embrace of ku, karesansui & wabisabi of zen garden.

@amirahasnul
@delly.adeela
@aininahasnul ... and all the mias, ninas & dellys in my life (anak2 murid).

Zen garden teaches us that its not just about knowing & having, its more about being. As we engage in the act of filling in our life, in knowing & having something, we should also engage in emptying, in being nothing(ku, in Japanese).

Always return to that empty nothing state. We do that 5 times a day. We say 'no' (La in Arabic) to all thots, feelings & forms, no to all things (nothingness state) in order to return & b in the embrace of The Most Loving & Compassionate.

But we can only be in nothingness state by excusing our presence & beingness from our thots & feelings (thots and feelings are something not nothing). If they still follow us, let them b, dont feed them, just bare witness. Stay in that nothingness, in the embrace of no beginning no ending, formlesness, timelesness.

Then we can go back and pick up our thots & feelings to start becoming something with a refreshed position.

Thats what abah have learnt from spending hours & hours in such garden in Fukuoka, Kyoto, Yamaguchi, Osaka, Tokyo & off course recently Fuji.

Pray that we, with mama, could travel together again & again & again to enjoy our moments of beingness. Luv u ol.
