Session 1 : How Creative R U? Mapping the body.

Our mind and feeling are a part of the intangible (cannot be seen) waves of the whole Universe. They are 'hard-wired' to these waves. The word 'Me/I' is a part of the larger 'We/Us'. Even our body that we like to call 'Me/I' contains billions of cells, each is infinitely better than even the best computer in the world. Each knows what it is supposed to do, while working together with each others. What we call as 'Me/I' is actually a smaller universe within the larger Universe. If we can connect ourselves in harmony with these intangible waves of the larger Universe, we can become a better person. Both are expression of The Infinite Wisdom, The Supreme Source of Creativity. To map our mind and feeling visually by tracing the contour of our body, and by visualizing our thoughts and feelings, are some ways to tap into the Creative Waves and Forces of the larger Universe.

Session 3 : How To Make A Storyboard.

Your grandmother's bag is an object. Its called a 'cultural object' or 'tangible heritage'. It means something that we can see, touch, smell, hear and taste. But the feelings that she has towards this bag, plus the values of 'saving your money' that she has passed or planted in you is called 'intangible heritage'. Both compliment each other to become a part of your history, your heritage, your identity, YOU
A family tree tells us about our place in a larger family of human beings, all inter-connected. Essentially, we are all inter-connected, especially what we normally refer to as our mind. So, take care of our thoughts about whoever we refer to as 'other person' or 'other people'. We should always try to maintain a positive and good thought about 'others' so that they will also send us back good and positive thoughts. A dear student of mine once wrote in her fb, the best place to be is in someone's good thought, the safest place to be is in someone's prayer. That's a beautiful way to summarize how closely inter-connected we r.

Most of the time, we speaks through our body more than through our mouth.

Session 4 : Garden of Sound

Session 2 : How To Take Digital Photo?
