1989, "Kota Ibu Kaya" an experimental theater with dialogue made of composite of poems by several key Malaysian poets including Usman Awang and Ladin Nuawi, directed by Normah Nordin, Production Design by Najib Nor, Set by Hasnul J Saidon, Taufik Abdullah and Fauzin Mustaffa. Staged at the Dewan Bahasa & Pustaka Auditorium, Kuala Lumpur.

1989, "Kota Ibu Kaya". Set installation, bleeding out of the stage into the audiences' space. The elevated border was meant to block water (during a flash-flood scene) from seeping out.
